WE OPERATE OUR FACILITY BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
APPOINTMENTS ARE ON THE HALF HOUR BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9-5 MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY AND 12-4 SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS.
IF YOU MISS YOUR APPOINTMENT BY GREATER THAN 30 MINUTES WITHOUT NOTIFYING US, THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $25 CHARGE.

We charge $40/night for the first dog and $30/night for each additional dog staying in the same kennel. Please note: If your dogs need to be fed separately, they will each require their own kennel.
There is a minimum 2 night fee for all bookings.
After hours drop off and pick up can be arranged for an additional fee
A 25% deposit is required for all bookings of 7 nights or longer.
14 days cancellation notice is required to receive deposit refund. A surcharge will be applied.
No discount or refund given for early pick up.
A 50% deposit is required for large group bookings
Meals $5.00/ meal if not supplying your own food
GST is included in all prices
Due to the volume of email check-ins/update requests we receive, we ask that you please limit them to 1 per week and instead, follow your pets vacation on our Facebook page

- Current Rabies
- DHLPP
- Bordatella (kennel cough) must be given in the last 12 months.
- Flea/Tick treatment
Owners are required to supply pill pockets, cheese, hot dogs, peanut butter etc. for dogs requiring medication.
